If something is not working as described — broken export, missing assets, or access issues after payment — use the Support page and we will make it right. We handle refund requests case by case for duplicate charges or technical failures.

Yes. Premium includes new templates as we ship them — landing pages, heroes, carousels, and full sections. The catalog grows over time; your subscription covers the full premium library, not a fixed snapshot.
